All appointments require a $75 deposit - this will go towards your total balance the day of your treatment. Deposits are refundable or can be transferred to another date if we are given 48 hours notice of any cancellation or need for reschedule. No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. Intake forms will be sent to your email after booking. Please ensure these are completed as soon as possible after you book your appointment.
